Asynchronous sampling frequency makes non-multiple modifying sampling frequency of audio signal.

Algorithm:
     1) Increasing up of sampling rate to frequency, multiple target signal's sampling frequency.

      Sample rate increasing makes by inserting additional samples between samples of input digital signal.


     2)  Distortions filtration above the half of output sampling frequency


     3) Make multiple rejection of superfluous samples for decreasing sampling rate.
