IMPORTANT:
1. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE (AuI ConverteR 48x44).
2. Installation and using of the software (AuI ConverteR 48x44) at adverse coincidence of circumstances can lead to loss of data, therefore it's NECESSARILY to backup the data before installation and launching of this software.
Subject of this license agreement (further "the License Agreement") is copy of "FREE" or "Lite" or "Audiophil-E" or "PROduce-R" or "PROduce-RD" or "Modula-R" edition of "Audiophile Inventory ConverteR 48x44"("AuI ConverteR 48x44") software (further - the Product).
Copyright (C) Yuri Korzunov (http://audiventory.com, http://samplerateconverter.com, Audiophile Inventory) (further - the Author). All rights reserved.

The Product is "Audiophile Inventory ConverteR 48x44" ("AuI ConverteR 48x44") software.
You are the person or the company, to whom the Product was registered when ordering.
The Author is Yuri Borisovitch Korzunov (http://audiventory.com, http://samplerateconverter.com, Audiophile Inventory).
The Product's files is all files included into the Product and its backups.
The Edition is the Product's embodiment: either FREE[DEMO] or Lite or Audiophil-E or PROduce-R or PROduce-RD or Modula-R.
The Distributor is the official Product's distributor / re-seller authorized by the Author directly or via third parties, authorized by the Author.
The External utilities is third party command line utilities (not provided by the Author or the Distributor) that may be launched by the Product.
"File Formats" is file formats that supported by External utilities and/or the Product.
The License Agreement is this license agreement for the Product between the Author and You.
The Activation code is unique anonymous code of the Product installation.
License key is unique number of license for one copy of the Product. FREE[DEMO] edition has no license key.
The User is You or other person who use the Product.
"Losses" is loss of data, damage, loss of profit and any other kinds of losses, that related to using (correct or wrong) and/or other of the Product, copies of the Product, output of the Product.
UI Translation is a translation of the user interface of the Product from English to other languages.
GENERAL
This License Agreement is entered between the Author and You.
The Author reserves the right to itself to cancel action of the License Agreement or altering of the License Agreement any time without any notification of anyboby.
All the rights for the Product, not given here are obviously, reserved for the Author.
Installation and using of the Product means, that You understand all terms of the License Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of the License Agreement.
If for some reason(s) or other You do not agree with the License Agreement, You should remove the Product's files from your computer and storage devices and stop to use the Product.
If You purchased the Product and have refunding for this purchase, You should remove all the Product's files from your computer and storage devices and stop to use the Product after money back. For Modula-R edition, after money back You should remove license key files for all refunded modules.
Neither the Author nor the Distributor advise about legal issues.
DISTRIBUTION AND USING
The Product distributed and used by a principle "as is".
Thus it is not provided any guarantees, obvious or meant.
You can use FREE(DEMO) version of Product for non-commercial purpoces only (for private purpoces only without direct or inderect profit).
You should use 1 copy of the Product only at one computer or one virtual machine. Number of users of the Product, installed on this computer (virtual machine), should not be more 5 (including You) during 1 year.
Only You are liable for the using of the Product and results of its work.
The User should not use the Product, if this using of the Product violate rights of any parties or/and applicable law.
If You are not sure that you have the right to process a files and/or any other objects via the Product, use the results of processing, etc., contact legal advisor.
The User use the Product on own risk.
Neither The Author nor the Distributor is liable for the "Losses".
The total size of compensation (by the Author and the Distributor) for the "Losses" to all parties at any circumstances can't exceed Author's royalty for the Product's licenses linked with the "Losses".
In some countries the legislation does not suppose exception or restriction of the responsibility for casual or indirect losses and damage. In this case the above-named restrictions and exceptions operate within the limits of as much as possible admissible degree according to applicable legislation.
In the Product, libFLAC and libFLAC++ libraries are used according to New BSD License (see "COPYING Xiph.txt") by Josh Coalson (jcoalson@users.sourceforge.net).

b) qt.conf, QtCore5.dll, QtGui5.dll, Qt5Widgets.dll, Qt5Network.dll, Qt*.dll (* is a sequence of symbols), files into directory "plugins" and qtbase_*.qm files in directory "Languages" are distributed (according to "LICENSES.txt") by Qt Group (https://www.qt.io). f) cdmetadata.exe is free software by Audiophile Inventory and distributed under license "COPYING.cdmetadata.txt".
Files, not incorporated into the Product (for Mac OS X version of Product):
a) Files (unless included into the Product) into directories "Frameworks", "PlugIns" of Product's bundle, qtbase_*.qm (* is sequence of symbols) in directory "Resources" are distributed (according to "LICENSES.txt") by Qt Group (https://www.qt.io). Also see "ThirdPartySoftware_Listing.txt".
b) 7z is free software by Igor Pavlov and distributed under license "LICENSE-7z". Read more https://sourceforge.net/projects/p7zip/
c) cdmetadata utility is free software by Audiophile Inventory distributed under license "COPYING.cdmetadata.txt".
Files, not incorporated into the Product:
a) distributed free (without any fees to Author) according to licenses of the files,
b) distributed completely separately from the Product.
Other files are included into the Product (further - the Product's files).
For Mac OS X version of the Product, files of libraries libFilterLib, libTSDControl, libTKpv, libTMath
(libFilterLib.1.0.0.dylib, libFilterLib.1.0.dylib, libFilterLib.1.dylib, libFilterLib.dylib, libTSDControl.1.0.0.dylib, libTSDControl.1.0.dylib, libTSDControl.1.dylib, libTSDControl.dylib, libTKpv.1.0.0.dylib, libTKpv.1.0.dylib, libTKpv.1.dylib, libTKpv.dylib, libTMath.1.0.0.dylib, libTMath.1.0.dylib, libTMath.1.dylib, libTMath.dylib) are included into the Product and distributed under conditions of distribution of the Product.
For Windows version of the Product, files of the libraries DownloaderDll.dll and DownloaderDll64.dll are included into the Product. These files contains distributable code by Microsoft. The code is distributed according to license "Visual-Studio-2022-Community-License-EN.docx".
All or some aforementioned files may be excluded from the Product distributive any time at the discretion of the Author.
The product just provides the technical ability to get metadata from files that output from the free cdmetadata utility or other software. The License Agreement doesn't give rights to use a metadata online database or the metadata obtained from the database. Only the database's license determines use rights for this database and the metadata obtained from the database.
cdmetadata utility is linked with the Product to demonstrate the Product’s technical abilities only. On your sole responsibility You: use any metadata database; use any content obtained from this database via the Product. Nobody guarantee availability of any metadata database for the Product and/or for You.
You cannot distribute, use, emulate, create new versions, lease, sell, change, decompile, disassembling, to opening of algorithms or code of the Product's files in other ways, to pass the Product's files or any of its portions, otherwise, than is certain by the the License agreement.
Any illegal using means automatic and immediate cancellation of the License agreement and can be pursued under the law.
WARNING: When You use the Product, You understand and agree: that CD-audio ripping (copying of compact disc data) is more intensive process, than ordinary compact disc reading, and CD ripping can cause damage and/or additional wear of electronical, electrical, mechanical parts and elements; and You use the Product at Your own risk, and You are solely responsible for any damage (including electrical, electronical, mechanical ones) and losses, that relate to the Product using.
DISCLAIMER: The Product can contain Search Engine Architector functionality. The Search Engine Architector doesn't give any rights to use: any search engines, or any other resources; their search results and output. Follow terms of using of these engines and resources that provide the information about audio file(s), albums, performers, songs, tracks, album artworks, and other information. The Author or any other parties don't give any advices about adjusting and using the Search Request Architector with any search engines, or any other resources. You use the Search Request Architector, search engines, websites, databases, their results and output on your sole responsibility.
You are agree that: the Activation code may be sent and stored in the Author’s database; and the Activation code may be used to check validity of Your license to the Product using.
Activation request for Your license key may be denied or the key can be blocked by the Author without explanation. In these cases, you should not use the Product.
Online service for checking and activation of license keys may become unavailable at any time. If the service is unavailable, there is no guarantee of the Product work, and You should not claim compensation for a loss.
If You use subscription license and the subscription term is expired, then You should remove the Product from Your computer.
When You use the Product, You understand and agree that:
- the basic language of the Product's user interface is English;
- neither the Author nor any other parties guarantee correct and/or complete UI Translation;
- neither the Author nor any other parties are responsible for any damage or losses that may arise as a result of correct or wrong UI Translation;
- You are solely responsible for any damage or losses that may arise as a result of correct or wrong UI Translation.
THIRD PARTY'S EXTERNAL UTILITIES
1. For extending of audio file formats capability the Product can automatically (after Your confirmation) download and install third party's software command line utilities (codecs and other) (further - the External utilities).
"Link to the Product" here is writing of path and file name and launch parameters of the External utilities into the Product's settings.
The External utilities is not part of the Product and not provided by the Author or the Distributor.
You understand and agree, that:
- the External utilities may not be available at any time;
- backup of the External utilities solely under Your responsibility and should be performed according license agreements of the External utilities;
- the External utilities, that referred in settings files of the Product, are referred as examples only;
- the User must not download, use External Utilities, or do anything else with them, if this violates the rights of any parties or applicable law;
- the User must not obtain, use the results of the work of the External Utilities, or do anything else with these results, if this violates the rights of any parties or applicable law.
2. You download, link to the Product, use the External utilities solely on one's own risk, as software that absolutely independent of the Product.
At Your own responsibility You should to find a license agreement for the downloaded and installed External utilities and use them according to their license agreement.
Neither The Author nor the Distributor is liable for:
a) correct or wrong using of the External utilities,
b) its availability,
c) intellectual property infringement,
loss of data,
damage,
loss of profit,
any other kinds of losses and violations,
linked with correct or wrong using of the External utilities
and/or ownership of the External utilities (copies of the External utilities)
and/or other.
If downloading, and/or using and/or other of the External utilities violate the rights of any parties, You are solely responsible for the violation of these rights.
If using and/or other of results of work of the External utilities violate the rights of any parties, You are solely responsible for the violation of these rights.
If you are not sure that you have the right for downloading, and/or using and/or other of the External utilities, using results of its work and/or other, contact legal advisor before downloading, using and other of External utilities.

FORMATS OF AUDIO FILES
You understand and agree, that:
- the "File Formats" are out of control of the Author and the Distributor and may be unavailable or changed any time;
- license(s) of the "File Formats" may be changed and/or canceled and/or other any time;
- these and any other reasons may cause loss of support (by the Product) of the any "File Formats";
- nobody (including the Author and the Distributor) responsible for support of the any "File Formats" and don't guarantee its support;
- the License Agreement don't provide any rights to the "File Formats";
- processing, creation, distribution, use of files in certain "File Formats", something else for some "File Formats" require the purchase of separate license(s). You must, at Your sole expense, acquire the license(s) to create, distribute, use, everything else for these "File Formats";
- You are solely responsible for the processing, creation, distribution of files in any "File Formats", for everything else related to "File Formats" and/or these files, and for all consequences that all this may entail.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The Author can transfer his rights and obligations under the License agreement to third parties.
The License Agreement shall be deemed executed within, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Russian Federation.
This License Agreement may be translated into other language for the assistance of the parties.
The Russian version of the License Agreement shall precedence over any translation to the extent of any inconsistencies.
If any portion of the License Agreement shall be held to be invalid, the same shall not affect in any respect whatsoever the validity of the remainder of the License Agreement.
All claims of any parties to the Author should be resolved first pre-trial at Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation.
The exclusive venue for all disputes arising out of the Product or/and implementation of the License Agreement shall be Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation.
In FREE edition descriptions of the Editions or Modula-R edition's modules may contain inaccuracies and do not guarantee performing of claimed functions.
The user interface of the Product may be translated (fully or partially) from English into an other languages. The translation may be automatic (and/or automated) and contain errors.
In no event shall any party be liable for any translation errors and their implications.
The English version of the user interface of the Product translation shall precedence over any translation to the extent of any inconsistencies.

2. Установка и использование программного обеспечения (AuI ConverteR 48x44) при неблагоприятном стечении обстоятельств может привести к потере данных, поэтому ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО производите резервирование данных перед установкой и запуском этого программного обеспечения.
Предметом этого соглашения (далее "Лицензионное соглашение") является копия редакции "FREE" или "Lite" или "Audiophil-E" или "PROduce-R", или "PROduce-RD" или "Modula-R" программного обеспечения "Audiophile Inventory ConverteR 48x44" ("AuI ConverteR 48x44") (далее - Продукт).
Все авторские права на Продукт (C) принадлежат Корзунову Юрию

Файлы продукта - это все файлы включенные в Продукт и их резервные копии.
Редакция - это модификация Продукта: или FREE[DEMO] или Lite или Audiophil-E или PROduce-Rили PROduce-RD или Modula-R.
Дистрибьютор - это официальный дистрибьютор Продукта / посредник, уполномоченный Автором непосредственно или через третьих лиц, уполномоченных Автором.
Внешние утилиты - это утилиты командной строки третьих лиц (не поставляемые ни Автором, ни Дистрибьютором), которые могут запускаться Продуктом.
"Форматы файлов" - это форматы файлов, поддерживаемые Внешние утилитами и/или Продуктом.
Пользователь - это Вы или любая персона использующая Продукт.
Лицензионное соглашение - это данное лицензионное соглашение о Продукте между Автором и Вами.
Код активации - это уникальный анонимный код установки Продукта.
Лицензионный ключ - это уникальный номер лицензии для одной копии Продукта. Редакция FREE[DEMO] не имеет лицензионного ключа.
"Потери" - это потери данных, вред, упущенная выгода и любые другие виды ущерба, связанные с использованием (правильным или не правильным) и/или другое Продукта, копий Продукта, результатов работы Продукта.
Перевод пользовательского интерфейса — это перевод пользовательского интерфейса Продукта с английского языка на другие языки.
ОБЩИЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ
Это Лицензионное соглашение заключается между Автором и Вами.
Автор оставляет за собой право отмены или изменения данной лицензии в любое время без уведомления кого бы то ни было.
Все права на Продукт, не указанные здесь очевидно, зарезервированы за Автором.
Установка и использование Продукта означает, что Вы понимаете все условия данного Лицензионного соглашения и соглашаетесь выполнять все условия Лицензионного соглашения.
Если по какой-либо причине(ам) Вы не соглашаетесь с этим Лицензионным соглашением, то Вы обязаны удалить Файлы продукта с Вашего компьютера и устройств хранения информации и прекратить использование Продукта.
Если Вы купили Продукт и Вам вернули денежные средства за эту покупку, то Вы обязаны удалить Файлы продукта с Вашего компьютера и устройств хранения информации и прекратить использование Продукта после возврата денежных средств. Для редакции Modula-R после возврата денежных средств за отдельный(е) модуль(и), вы должны удалить файл(ы) лицензионного(ых) ключа(ей) для модуля(ей), за которые произведен возврат денежных средств.
Ни Автор, ни Дистрибъютор не консультируют по юридическим вопросам.
РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ И ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ
Продукт распространяется и используется по принципу "как есть".
Это подразумевает отсутствие любых гарантий, очевидных и подразумеваемых.
Вы можете использовать FREE(DEMO) редакцию Продукта только в некоммерческих целях (только для личного использования без извлечения прямой или косвенной прибыли).
Вы можете использовать одну копию Продукта только на одном компьютере или одной виртуальной машине. Количество пользователей Продукта, установленного на этот компьютер (виртуальную машину), не должно превышать пяти человек (включая Вас) в течение 1 года.
Только Вы отвечаете за использование Продукта и результатов его работы.
Пользователь не должен использовать Продукт, если это использование Продукта нарушает права любых сторон или/и применимое законодательство.
Если Вы не уверены, что имеете право обрабатывать файлы и/или любые другие объекты с помощью Продукта, использовать результаты обработки и прочее, обратитесь к юрисконсульту.
Пользователь использует Продукт на свой собственный риск.
Ни Автор, ни Дистрибьютор не несут ответственность за "Потери".
Общий размер компенсации (от Автора и Дистрибьютора) за "Потери" всем сторонам ни при каких обстоятельствах не может превышать стоимости вознаграждения Автора от продажи лицензии(й) на Продукт, связанной(ых) с этими потерями.
В некоторых странах законодательство не допускает исключения или ограничения ответственности
за случайные или косвенные убытки и ущерб. В этом случае вышеназванные ограничения и исключения
действуют в пределах максимально допустимой степени согласно применимому законодательству.

Для Mac OS X версии Продукта, файлы библиотек libFilterLib, libTSDControl, libTKpv, libTMath (libFilterLib.1.0.0.dylib, libFilterLib.1.0.dylib, libFilterLib.1.dylib, libFilterLib.dylib, libTSDControl.1.0.0.dylib, libTSDControl.1.0.dylib, libTSDControl.1.dylib, libTSDControl.dylib, libTKpv.1.0.0.dylib, libTKpv.1.0.dylib, libTKpv.1.dylib, libTKpv.dylib, libTMath.1.0.0.dylib, libTMath.1.0.dylib, libTMath.1.dylib, libTMath.dylib) включены в Продукт и распространяются согласно условиям распространения Продукта.
Для Windows версии Продукта, файлы библиотек DownloaderDll.dll и DownloaderDll64.dll включены в Продукт. Эти файлы содержат распространяемый код (distributable code) от Microsoft. Этот код распространяется согласно лицензии "Visual-Studio-2022-Community-License-EN.docx".
Все или некоторые вышеупомянутые файлы могут быть исключены из дистрибутива Продукта любое время по усмотрению Автора.
Продукт только предоставляет техническую возможность получать метаданные из файлов, создаваемых бесплатной утилитой cdmetadata или другой программой. Это Лицензионное соглашение не дает права на использование онлайн базы данных с метаданными или метаданных, полученных из этой базы данных. Только лицензия на использование этой базы данных определяет права на использование этой базы данных и метаданных, полученных из этой базы данных.
Утилита cdmetadata связана с Продуктом только для демонстрации технических возможностей Продукта. Под свою исключительную ответственность Вы: используете любую базу данных c метаданными; используете с помощью Продукта любое содержимое, полученное из этой базы данных. Никто не гарантирует доступность любой базы данных с метаданными для Продукта и/или для Вас.
Вы не можете распространять, использовать, эмулировать, создавать новые версии, сдавать в аренду, продавать, изменять, декомпилировать, дезассемблировать, открывать (вскрывать) алгоритмы и коды Файлов продукта, передавать Файлы продукта или любые их фрагменты, любыми другими способами, иначе, чем определено Лицензионным соглашением.
Любые незаконные действия автоматически и немедленно отменяют Лицензионное соглашение и могут преследоваться по закону.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Используя Продукт, Вы понимаете и соглашаетесь: что риппинг CD-аудио (CD ripping, копирование данных с компакт-диска) является более интенсивным процессом, чем обычное считывание с компакт-диска, что может вызвать повреждение и/или дополнительный износ электронных, электрических, механических частей и элементов; и Вы используете продукт на свой собственный риск, и только Вы несете единоличную ответственность за любые повреждения (в том числе электрические, электронные, механические) и убытки, возникшие в связи с использованием Продукта.
ОТКАЗ ОТ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ: Продукт может содержать функциональность Search Engine Architector (архитектор поисковых запросов). Search Engine Architector не дает никаких прав на использование: любых поисковых систем или каких-либо других ресурсов; их результатов поиска и выходных данных. Соблюдайте условия использования этих поисковых систем и ресурсов, предоставляющих информацию об аудиофайлах, альбомах, исполнителях, песнях, треках, обложках альбомов и другую информацию. Автор или любые другие лица не дают никаких советов по настройке и использованию Search Engine Architector с любыми поисковыми системами или какими-либо другими ресурсами. Вы используете Search Engine Architector, поисковые системы, веб-сайты, базы данных, их результаты и выходные данные под свою исключительную ответственность.
Вы соглашаетесь с тем, что: Код активации может быть отправлен и сохранен в базе данных Автора; и Код активации может быть использован для проверки действительности Вашей лицензии на использование Продукта.
Запрос на активацию Вашего лицензионного ключа может быть отклонен или ключ заблокирован Автором без объяснения причин. В этих случаях Вы не должны использовать Продукт.
Онлайн сервис проверки и активирования лицензионных ключей может стать недоступным в любой момент. Если этот сервис недоступен, нет гарантии работы Продукта, и Вы не должны требовать возмещения убытков.
Если Вы используете лицензию по подписке (subscription), то, после истечения срока подписки, Вы должны удалить Продукт с Вашего компьютера.
Когда Вы используете Продукт, Вы понимаете и соглашаетесь с тем, что:
- основным языком пользовательского интерфейса Продукта является английский язык;
- ни Автор, ни какие-либо другие лица не гарантируют правильность и/или полноту Перевода пользовательского интерфейса;
- ни Автор, ни какие-либо другие лица не несут ответственности за любой ущерб или убытки, которые могут возникнуть в результате правильного или неправильного Перевода пользовательского интерфейса;
- Вы несете единоличную ответственность за любой ущерб или убытки, которые могут возникнуть в результате правильного или неправильного Перевода пользовательского интерфейса.
ВНЕШНИЕ УТИЛИТЫ ОТ ТРЕТЬИХ ЛИЦ
1. Для расширения совместимости с различными форматами конвертируемых файлов Продукт может автоматически (после Вашего подтверждения) загружать и устанавливать программные утилиты (кодеки и пр.) третьих лиц, запускаемые через командную строку (далее - Внешние утилиты).
"Подключаться к Продукту" здесь обозначает указание в настройках Продукта пути и имени файла и параметров запуска Внешних утилит.
Внешние утилиты не являются частью Продукта и не поставляются ни Автором, ни Дистрибьютором;
Вы понимаете и соглашаетесь, что:
- Внешние утилиты могут стать недоступны в любой момент;
- создание резервных копий Внешних утилит полностью находится под Вашей ответственностью и должно отвечать требованиям лицензионных соглашений Внешних утилит;
- любые Внешние утилиты, на которые ссылаются настроечные файлы Продукта, приведены только в качестве примеров использования;
- Пользователь не должен загружать Внешние утилиты, использовать их, и делать прочее с ними, если это нарушает права любых сторон или применимое законодательство;
- Пользователь не должен получать, использовать результаты работы Внешних утилит, и делать прочее с этими результатми, если это нарушает права любых сторон или применимое законодательство.
2. Вы загружаете, подключаете к Продукту и используете Внешние утилиты, на Ваш собственный страх и риск, как программы, абсолютно независимые от Продукта.
Вы должны под собственную ответственность найти лицензионные соглашения на загружаемые и устанавливаемые Внешние утилиты и использовать их в соответствии с их лицензионным соглашением.
Ни Автор, ни Дистрибьютор не несут ответственности за:
a) правильное или неправильное использование Внешних утилит,
b) их доступность,
c) нарушения прав на интеллектуальную собственность,
потери данных,
вред,
утраченную прибыль,
любые другие виды потерь и нарушения,
связанные с правильными или нет использованием Внешних утилит
и/или владением Внешними утилитами (копиями Внешних утилит)
и/или прочее.
Если загрузка, и/или использование, и/или прочее Внешних утилит нарушает права любых сторон, Вы несете единоличную ответственность за нарушение этих прав.
Если использование и/или прочее результатов работы Внешних утилит нарушает права любых сторон, Вы несете единоличную ответственность за нарушение этих прав.
Если Вы не уверены, что имеете право загружать, и/или использовать, и/или прочее Внешние утилиты, использовать результаты их работы и/или прочее, обратитесь к юрисконсульту перед загрузкой и использованием и прочим Внешних утилит.

ФОРМАТЫ АУДИО ФАЙЛОВ
Вы понимаете и соглашаетесь, что:
- любые "Форматы файлов" находятся вне контроля Автора и Дистрибьютора и могут стать недоступны или быть изменены в любой момент;
- лицензии на поддерживаемые "Форматы файлов" могут быть изменены и/или прекращены и/или прочее в любой момент;
- эти и любые другие причины могут привести к потере поддержки Продуктом любых "Форматов файлов";
- никто (включая Автора и Дистрибьютора) не отвечает за поддержку Продуктом любых "Форматов файлов" и не гарантирует их поддержку;
- это Лицензионное соглашение не предостваляет никаких прав на "Форматы файлов";
- обработка, создание, распространение, использование файлов в некоторых "Форматах файлов", и прочее для некоторых "Форматов файлов" требуют приобретения отдельной(ых) лицензии(й). Вы должны исключительно за счет собственных средств приобрести лицензию(и) на создание, распространение, использование и все прочее для этих "Форматов файлов";
- только Вы полностью и единолично отвечаете за обработку, создание, распространение файлов в любых "Форматах файлов", за все прочее, связанное с "Форматами файлов" и/или этими файлами, и за все последствия, которые все это может повлечь.
ПРОЧИЕ УСЛОВИЯ
Автор может передать свои права и обязанности по данному Лицензионному соглашению третьим лицам.
Лицензионное соглашение считается заключенным и подлежащим толкованию в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
Лицензионное соглашение может быть переведено на другие языки.
В случае разночтений русская версия Лицензионного соглашения является приоритетной над любым переводом.
Если любая часть данного Лицензионного соглашения будет признана недействительной,
оставшаяся часть данного Лицензионного соглашения останется в силе, как если бы признанная
недействительной часть была исключена из данного Лицензионного соглашения.
Все претензии любых сторон к Автору должны быть обязательно урегулированны сперва в досудебном порядке в г. Ростов-на-Дону Российской Федерации.
Разрешение любых споров, возникающих в связи с Продуктом или/и применением Лицензионного соглашения, осуществляется исключительно в г. Ростов-на-Дону Российской Федерации.
В FREE редакции Продукта описания Редакций и модулей редакции Modula-R могут содержать неточности и не гарантируют выполнения заявленных функций.
Пользовательский интерфейс Продукта может быть переведен (полностью или частично) с английского языка на другие языки. Перевод может быть осуществлен в автоматическом (и/или автоматизированном) режиме и содержать ошибки.
Никакая сторона ни в каком случае не несет ответсвенности за неправильный перевод и любые последствия неправильного перевода.
В случае разночтений английская версия перевода интерфейса Продукта является приоритетной над любым переводом.
