...The samples were given to three different people all well known in the music industry; 2 music directors (Choir and Orchestra) and 1 sound engineer.
Their comments were very enthusiastic and confirmed what I was hoping for; the software you have developed is an excellent peace of work and a very useful tool for the professional audio industry and outperforming other professional programs...

"During the last days we have performed listening tests on audio samples re-sampled with your R48x44 software.
First we took an original D.. file 5.2 MHz/1bit and resampled them to 1) PCM 192KHz/24 bit and 2) 44.1KHz/16 bit.
The second tests was an original Aiff 192KHz/24 bit file and resampled to D.. 5.2MHz/1 bit.
The last test was an original Aiff 192KHz/24 bit file and resampled to D.. 5.2 MHz/1 bit and then resampled back to 192KHz/24 bit file.

The cd ripper works perfect...the music played without any dropouts...

"When I searched on the web to find software for converting my collections of DSF files to WAV or FLAC files to fit for my equipment setup, I found AUI ConverteR and some other softwares.
Before deciding to go for which one, I had compared the sound quality of the WAV files converted by these softwares. Finally, I have chosen AuI ConverteR, simply because I find the sound quality of the files converted by it is better than the other softwares that I have tried. "I have spent a lot of money building a stereo system including a water-cooled media server. I have several thousand CDs that I am ripping. There is a big difference in sound quality between lossless uncompressed files (WAV) and lossless compressed files (WMA). I started with WMA due to the difference in file size compared to WAV. In the past, data storage was not inexpensive and 2 TB discs were the maximukm size you could buy. Now storage is getting cheaper and 4TB hard drives are becoming common. Now I am looking into converting the files to WAV.
It is becoming apparent that 32 bit is the way of the future, so no sense in buying software that does not handle 32 bit (same with a DAC). The AuI was one of the few converters that had the options I wanted, especially 32 bit.

"Infact I stumbled across your software while looking for a DSF to PCM converter for Windows before the RD version ever came out. I could only find Open Source Linux and Mac Software, one without a GUI and another with a very suspect one.
Best part about it is, IMO it is a superior sample rate and format converter than using my wave editor... So I find myself using Aul ConverteR all the time for multiple audio needs.

Currently AuI ConverteR 48x44 is a priority program for converting of files. Especially for high-resolution audio.
