Audio quality for available editions

For all AuI ConverteR’s editions audio quality (quality of mathematical processing) is fully identical. Different editions have differences in available functionality.

 

Features

Supported extraction of 1-bit audio image file ISO to PCM (wav, flac, aiff, alac, mp3, etc.).

Stereo or multichannel.

Batch conversion of several ISOs with creating dorectories by ISO's metadata.

 

DVD/CD ISOs, optical disks (except CD-audio) don't supported.

 

Some ISOs contains both variants of a single album: stereo and multichannel.

In one converting session may be extracted from ISO either stereo or multichannel.

Channels number as source as target files is identical.

Metadata (artist, album, track name, year) are exported from ISO to output DSF file.

Optionally available metadata editor (for PROduce-R and above, for Modula-R edition).

 

How to convert ISO to PCM

If you upgrade version after launch appear window with suggestion to reset and restart the software.

Configuring Modula-R edition (for saving budget)

Simplest way to convert ISO to WAV, AIFF, ALAC, FLAC, mp3,... is using Audiophil-E edition.

Where is the Limit of Audio Quality?

I read many endless discussions about audio equipment: cables, lossless vs. lossy, compression algorithms, jitter, ultrasound, playback files from different places of hard disk, power conditioners, etc.
